Dear Year One Parents,
I hope you have had a wonderful and restful holiday.
I am looking forward to seeing you and meeting all of you this year and sharing lots of fun times together with your little one.
Year One will be an exciting year where your child will discover, grow, create and experience a lot of fun new things in our class.
A few important things to remember:
Library Day is Tuesday
Sport days are Tuesday and Friday.
Class Prayer will be on each Friday (that there is not an Assembly).
Please bring your swimming note back Tomorrow Tuesday 3rd February to the classroom so Mrs. Sinclair can organise our swimming lessons. You will receive an email about swimming lessons before the end of the week.
Home reading books will be sent home tomorrow (3rd of February) and these will include a mixture of levels which will allow the children to familiarise themselves with a variety of text types. Over the next 2-3 weeks I will be completing a range of reading tests so please encourage and praise your child to create a positive attitude towards reading.

Our Year One Parent Night will be on Tuesday 10th of February at 7pm.
